Scott Mulkay

Scott Mulkay oversees all aspects of SRG Commercial’s development projects including land acquisition, entitlements, engineering and construction.  Mr. Mulkay has 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. His experience includes development of more than 50 million square feet of industrial, commercial, educational, office, and retail projects as well as over 60 megawatts of rooftop solar projects.  Areas of expertise include entitlement, pre-construction, value engineering, sustainable development, client coordination, and solar photovoltaic energy projects. Mr. Mulkay holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is a licensed class B contractor and LEED® Accredited Professional.
