Peter Rooney

Peter Rooney is President of SRG Commercial. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing SRG Commercial’s management, development, and investment divisions.  He is also the chairman of the investment committee. To date, Mr. Rooney has led the acquisition and development of SRG’s industrial real estate portfolio, including over 100 projects totaling 53 million square feet making SRG Commercial the largest industrial developer in Southern California.  Mr. Rooney received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
